1.     Consultation

During the initial consultation (which is free and included in all custom design projects), you’ll be meeting/talking on the phone/emailing with me, designer Blythe Cronyn. We will work together to design a brand new piece of custom jewellery, or use your existing gemstones, diamonds, or family heirlooms to re-style and transform them into a new piece.

2.     Design Period

Within two weeks, you’ll be presented with hand-drafted sketches and an accompanying quote for consideration. When the design is approved, we move into production.

3.     Production Period

Once a 50% non-refundable deposit has been placed and an industry-standard contract signed, your design will either be carved by hand or be rendered in CAD (Computer Aid Design) to provide you with a 3D rendered model to approve before it is translated into metal. Once the model is approved, it will be cast in metal, then finished and polished, and stones set. This can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

4.     Pick-up/Delivery

Your finely crafted, custom designed piece of jewellery will be ready to gift or wear! I can hand deliver it when possible, or ship worldwide using UPS. Shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the client, as are any international duties or fees. Each piece comes with an accompanying appraisal by an accredited gemologist for your insurance purposes. The remaining balance plus 13%HST is due upon delivery.
